Where does Linketry store data?

D1 is the source of truth. KV is used only as a redirect cache, and optional R2 stores backups.

Does a production Linketry deployment require the public Demo?

No. Production self-hosting creates resources in the owner's Cloudflare account and never requires Demo mode, Demo resources or synthetic data.

Can analytics failures delay a short-link redirect?

No. Redirects are returned first and analytics work runs asynchronously through the Worker execution context.
